2011 Philadelphia Election Results

Hi. I was looking over the election results for the 2011 Philadelphia elections this morning at http://phillyelectionresults.com and was saddened by how plain the site was. All the important information is there, but it's difficult to instantly see who won or how many people voted. I thought I would show what it could be like if a few simple stesp were taken to improve it. Below is a proof of concept for a hopefully better way to visualize the results of the election.

The number of votes cast was 197,168, which means that out of an approximate 985,840 registered voters, 19.37% of voters participated in this election.

Precincts Reporting
Out of a possible 1687 precincts, 1631 are reporting their results, which means that a total of 96.68% of precincts are reporting in.
